Returns Policy

Hoosier Crane Service Company, Inc. offers a return policy of 7 days from receipt of product.  Buyer is responsible for all return shipping and must call Hoosier Crane at (800) 509-6131 to receive return authorization. Buyer is responsible for return shipping using a traceable insured carrier.  Product must be received in new resalable condition with all original packaging and accessories.  Refund will be issued within 24 hours of receipt of product.

 

If you have accidentally purchased the wrong product, please call us immediately as we may be able to stop shipment and save you time and shipping expenses.

 

Please examine all packages upon receipt for damages. Our carriers have an excellent reputation but accidents occasionally happen. If you have received the product but it was damaged in shipping please document that with the carrier upon receipt.

 

Hoosier Crane will instruct you as to where and how to return your products at the time of the return authorization.  Please be aware that some products ship directly from the manufacturer and may need to be returned to them directly.

 

Custom ordered or manufactured parts are not returnable. 

 

Please be aware that a restocking fee will be incurred on all returns, custom orders or custom engineered products.  Changes made to orders for Jib cranes, crane systems, built up hoists, workstation cranes, or other engineered solutions after a signed purchase order has been received, will likely incur restocking or rework fees, dependent upon parts vendor. Custom engineered and built product may not be eligible for return.
